At Inkcognito, speed matters. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining print quality and accuracy.
By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Order Processing & Turnaround Times
InkFlex Transfers
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are intended to ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST typically ship the next business day.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, artwork complexity, or production capacity.
Physical Goods
- Physical goods sold by the shop follow the same processing timeline.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are intended to ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff typically ship the next business day.
Important Processing Notes
- Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.
- During high-volume periods, processing may take 1–2 additional business days.
- Expedited shipping options prioritize carrier transit time only and do not guarantee same-day production.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Additional destinations may be added in the future.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package size and weight
- Shipping destination
- Selected carrier and service level
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after label creation.
- If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of shipment, please contact us.
Delays & Carrier Issues
While we make every effort to ship orders quickly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Once a package is in the carrier's possession, delivery timing is outside our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
