Return & Refund Policy

At Inkcognito, every order is produced specifically for you. Because of this, returns and refunds are handled a little differently depending on the product.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Physical Goods (Non-Printed Items)

Physical goods sold by the shop that are not custom printed may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase is required

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Custom Printed Items

All printed products are custom-made to order and are not eligible for return or refund due to their personalized nature.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • DTF transfers
  • UV DTF transfers
  • Custom decals, labels, or printed graphics

Defects, Errors, or Print Issues

If there is a defect or flaw in the print, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The print quality is defective
  • There is a production error
  • The item arrives damaged due to manufacturing

After review, we will facilitate either:

  • A reprint, or
  • A refund, at our discretion

Issues caused by low-quality artwork, incorrect files, or customer-submitted errors are not eligible for refund or reprint.

How to Start a Request

To request a return, refund, or reprint, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Requests submitted outside the stated timeframes may not be eligible.

Final Notes

  • We encourage customers to carefully review artwork, sizing, and shipping details before placing an order
  • Shipping errors due to incorrect address information provided at checkout are not eligible for refund
  • This policy applies to all domestic and international orders unless otherwise stated
